When there is an urgent need for a temporary staff member we can fill that gap and ensure that the company / organisation continue to function properly while a permanent solution is underway.

Why Temporary staff?

Employing staff on a permanent basis is pretty much the same as getting married. Once the staff member has been employed permanently and does not fit in it is very difficult to terminate the employment.

For this reason we believe you can have the best of both worlds by getting a temp staff member that fit the requirements and then after a period of 3 to 6 months make the decision to employ permanently.

You can also return a temporary staff member to us if you are not satisfied with their performance.

Cost of Temporary staff

The cost of temporary staff can be calculated on either an hourly or monthly basis. Hourly the cost will be calculated per hour e.g. R 80 ph. that need to be paid for that staff member. Ussualy the hours worked per month is approxamatly 160 hours.

The cost will vary depending on the level of temporary staff members needed.

The monthly cost will be paid by the 7th or 15th of the next month. You have the choice.

Why permanent staff?

Sometimes a company or organisation do not have the option to fill the position on a temporary basis and have to fill the position permanently.

We can also send CV’s for permanent positions or if there is a staff member that is temporary obtained through us you have the option to appoint them permanently.

We do not charge the normal rates that are about 17.5% to 20% of Cost to Company. We have a different model and it is explained below:

We have the following model if you whish to appoint permanently:

• 10% of Cost to Company for the first placement;
• 8% of Cost to Company for the second placement; and
• 7% of Cost to Company for all the placements after the second placement.
