1. How quick can we get a temporary staff member?

We usually supply a temporary staff member within 2 to 5 business days.


2. How long can we use the staff member?

You chose, you can use the staff member for as long as you need the staff member. 3 moths, 6 months etc.


3. How much do the temporary staff member cost?

The cost of temporary staff can be calculated on either an hourly or monthly basis. The hourly basis will be the cost per hour e.g. R 80 ph. that need to be paid for that staff member. The cost will vary depending on the level of temporary staff member needed.


4. What if the temporary staff member is not working out or not performing as required?

In the unlikely event that this is the case you can return the temporary staff member to us immediately with no questions asked. You would however pay for the time the staff member has worked with you.
We will then also endeavour to replace the staff member as soon as possible.


5. When do we pay for the Temporary staff member?

The monthly cost will be paid by the 7th or 15th of the next month, whatever works the best for your organisation. It will be your choice.


6. What if we want to employ the temporary staff member permanently?

You can employ the staff member permanently but then have to pay a placement fee as described below:
